- These terms establish the business conditions between the operator (seller) and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”).The buyer, on the website www.vinotajna.sk/eshop/ (hereinafter referred to as the “SERVER”), managed by the company TAJNA s.r.o., located at Tajná 163, 95201 Tajná, Slovakia, VAT ID: SK2022492549, Company ID: 43806350, agrees unconditionally with the following GTC. The buyer also declares that they have carefully read, understood, and agree to adhere to these terms.Age Requirement of 18 Years
The online store www.vinotajna.sk/eshop/ is intended primarily for users over 18 years of age. By reading or confirming these terms, the visitor/buyer confirms they are over 18, and the server operator is not obligated to verify the buyer’s age. The buyer is fully responsible for the completeness and truthfulness of all data entered at the time of order. Visitors under 18 may only purchase items without alcohol (such as accessories, chocolates, honey, candles).
Age verification of at least 18 years will also be conducted before receiving the order, requiring the buyer to present a valid ID.
Value-Added Tax (VAT)
Final product prices in this store are shown inclusive of VAT. The operator is a VAT payer.
Order and Obligations
To place an order, add the desired items to the shopping cart. You can proceed as a “Registered User” or as a “Guest,” and the purchasing guide will walk you through the ordering process step-by-step. Registration is not required to place an order in our store.
In the order, you can choose the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery
- Personal pickup at Tajna Winery – store
Payment Methods:

Secure online payment via GP Webpay, upon which you will receive an email confirmation of the successful payment. The goods will then be dispatched according to the selected shipping method. - Bank Transfer
You will receive an automated confirmation of your order via email, verifying the availability of the ordered items. If paying by bank transfer, a proforma invoice with payment details and the total order amount will be emailed to you. Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment in full. Should an item sell out during the payment process, we will contact you with alternative delivery options or a new delivery date. An invoice and delivery note will accompany the delivery. - Cash on Delivery
The items will be shipped to the delivery address selected, with payment made upon delivery by the courier. - Personal Pickup
You can select personal pickup and pay in cash or by card directly at our location by prior arrangement.
Minimum and Maximum Order Quantity
There is no minimum order quantity. Shipping costs will be added based on the chosen carrier. Shipping is free for orders over €69.
For private customers, the order size is regulated by Act No. 353/2003 Coll. on Excise Duty, allowing up to 10 liters of alcohol per order for personal consumption.
After Placing the Order
You will receive an order confirmation email. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately via email or phone (see Contact section). Once processed, you will receive a notification by email confirming dispatch or pickup availability.
Order Cancellation by the Operator
We reserve the right to cancel an order or part of it in the following cases:
- The item is no longer manufactured or delivered
- The item is out of stock long-term
- The item’s price has changed significantly
In such cases, we will contact you by email or phone to agree on the next steps (item replacement, order cancellation, etc.). If the item has no replacement, it will simply be removed from the order.
If you have already paid for the item and the final order value is lower than the prepaid amount, the balance will be refunded to your account as soon as possible (usually within 7 working days from receipt of payment).
Shipping of Goods
Items in stock are dispatched within 5 working days. For domestic deliveries within Slovakia, third-party carriers will contact the buyer for delivery. Buyers should provide an active phone number and an address where they can be reached during the carrier’s working hours.
Receipt Inspection
Buyers are obliged to inspect the delivery upon receipt in the courier’s presence. If a discrepancy is found (e.g., missing or damaged items), the package should not be accepted, and a complaint should be filed directly with the courier. Notify us immediately of any issues with delivery to arrange for replacements.
Returns and Complaints
For complaints, contact us. If you are a private individual, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, per Sections 53 and 54 of the Civil Code. We will respond within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Personal Data Protection
Personal data includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (the “data subject”). The data subject confirms that the personal data provided to Tajna s.r.o. is accurate, complete, and correct. They may review and update their data anytime.
Data is collected for purposes such as processing orders, issuing invoices, delivering goods, and obtaining marketing information. Tajna s.r.o. will store data for up to 10 years or as required by legal obligations.
