Our history
The visionary behind this endeavor is Rastislav Demes, a former biologist who transitioned into the business world. A romantic at heart, he was so captivated by the local vistas and sunsets that he longed to enjoy them daily. His frequent explorations around the village of Tajná, combined with his passion for crafting his own wine, inspired him to establish a vineyard in this idyllic location. The cherished dream of Rastislav and his family has been to invite people to experience the pristine natural beauty away from urban chaos and industrial zones, and to introduce them to the charm of authentic Slovak wine.
Ecological vineyards
Nature provides us with the perfect product in the form of grapes, and we are committed to giving back continuously. By adopting an ecological approach across all 25 hectares of our vineyards, we produce wine free from chemical residues, minimize environmental impact, and enhance the vineyard's natural resilience. We prioritize not only the quality of our environment but also the excellence of the wines we create.
Our wine
Wine has never been just a product for us. We work with it, improve its quality, grow with it and write its story every day. Wine connects the environment, the people, the craft and creates a unique experience. It complements the atmosphere, the food and the endless conversations with friends and family.
Our goal is and always has been to bring wine closer to people, or also to show them how to find their way to it and experience it fully. Therefore, making wine and enhancing the vineyard is only part of our mission.

Our work together in the vineyard and winery ensures that our wines are well cared for, from healthy vines to a quality bottle of wine. We are happy to be able to offer you what we truly do from the heart. And although we are each different, we are a team of people who are united by one passion and that is wine.
